Lessons

Barbee has been described by her students as “encouraging,” “enthusiastic,” “patient,” “respectful,” “friendly,” “positive,” “honest,” and “reliable.”  With over fifteen years of experience, Barbee teaches voice lessons to students of all levels (ages 10+) and piano lessons at the beginning and intermediate levels (ages 5+). Barbee currently teaches remotely only.

Her current and former students have professional credits in Broadway, Off-Broadway, National Tours, opera, international pop music tours, and more. She is also an enthusiastic teacher of dedicated avocational students.

Barbee specializes in preparing singers for auditions for professional theatre productions, college music and musical theatre programs, performing arts middle and high schools, audition-only choirs, school musicals, etc.
